Text Box: Hello!  If your looking for a place to call home, I  advice you  to come to Canaan, this is a wonderful place.  The staff are so amiable and kind, they treat you as part of their family!   My name is Maxwell Bailie, 43 yrs old and I’ve been a Canaan family  member for 6 years. I like Canaan because people here are very friendly and  understanding.  I have lived in many homes over the years, but I, have never felt so much love, caring and compassion as I have experienced at Canaan!...When I resided in  institutions called group homes I only received $112:00 dollars a month spending money, from this money I had to buy my clothes, tooth past  and other things., I had no money left for myself and since I smoked I lowered myself to bum off the streets, to feed my addiction.  My life changed for the better at Canaan, the staff help me to save, and my spending money more then doubled  I was able to quit smoking and they taught me a lot of things, such as how to live a normal life, how to be honest and how to love again. I have purchased a lot of nice things for my self since coming to Canaan, I have been to the Philippines 4 times and now have a lovely girlfriend there.  I thank God for Canaan  

Text Box: I’ve lived at Canaan for 10 years,  I found a atmosphere of  love, caring, and understanding from the staff  that I’ve never felt before from my own family. Canaan is located in a very friendly community where you can find peace and quite. The community is great, they really treat you nice like you are one of them. The fishing is good also.  I’m Brian Waring, 44 years old, since I came to Canaan my meds. have been cut in half  I have more spending money and I have visited the Philippines 4 times, I have a wonderful girlfriend there, I am happy.  Canaan is my home sweet home!
