Text Box: My name is Philip Carrilio, I am 38 years old and I’ve been a resident family member of Canaan for almost 7 years. I used to stay we’re Maxwell Bailie lived before in Ottawa. I received only $112:00 a month, I was depressed a lot, my family and I were under pressure because of my depression, I started to drink, hoping it would help me overcome my despair. I decided to move to Canaan because I heard from Maxwell that the place was great, it had changed his life. I needed a change in my life. Would Canaan work for me? My life did change for the good, my relationship with my mom and dad became close again, my medications have been reduced, my stress and paranoia are controlled like never before. I was able to quit smoking and have found a new zest for life. Thanks be to God, I am very happy A   Text Box: My name is Brent Ayotte and I’m 31 years old of age. I have been a resident member of Canaan for 7 years.  I like Canaan because it is not only a  home for  people like me, it’s a Christian home., the staff of Canaan are good, there always available when you need them.  They treat you as family, they are loving, caring and friendly. Canaan is located in a peaceful and friendly town, Campbell's Bay. The meals are good, they take us on trips and make us always feel important and wanted.  Since I came to Canaan, my medications have been reduced, I haven't been  in trouble with the law, for many years now. I have extra money , because I quit smoking so I have a new TV. Computer and stereo. I am saving now for a trip to the Philippines in 2007. Canaan is my home
